5.7-magnitude quake hits Hualien,Taiwan: CENC

A 5.7-magnitude earthquake jolted the waters off Taiwan's Hualien County at 00:04 a.m. Wednesday, Beijing Time, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center.
The epicenter was monitored at about 24.01 degrees north latitude and 122.68 degrees east longitude. The quake struck at a depth of 30 km, the center said in a statement.
