Han Hao, general manager of Wit & Key, said China has rarely made productions centering on the racing theme, which costs a lot on purchasing expensive cars.

With a budget of over 100 million yuan ($14.4 million), the drama used more than 50 racing sports cars to shoot a lot of action sequences.

Bruce Law, a renowned stunt choreographer known for Jackie Chan’s action blockbusters, acts as the action consultant of the drama, who in-person guided some death-defying sequences featuring explosion or a car being crashed to fall off a cliff.
