鄉(xiāng)村振興學(xué)院 (xiāngcūn zhènxīng xuéyuàn)

More than 30 colleges and universities have issued action plans to serve the national rural revitalization strategy, and 13 colleges and universities have established rural revitalization institutes.

To promote the participation of colleges and universities in national rural revitalization strategy, the Ministry of Education launched a rural revitalization and technological innovation action plan for colleges and universities at the end of 2018.

The rural revitalization institutes focus not only on the study of specific agricultural subjects, but also the revitalization of rural areas in a systematic and all-round way.

In recent years, colleges and universities have actively promoted the modernization of agriculture and the development of rural areas. The new rural revitalization schools aim to cultivate a batch of talents that are dedicated to the revitalization of the countryside and have excellent agricultural skills.

These inter-disciplinary talents are expected to provide comprehensive solutions to agricultural and rural development, and actively apply the scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities to agricultural development.

The establishment of the rural revitalization institutes provides a systematic means for the direct and effective application of existing scientific and technological achievements for villages.
