Indian-born Anish Kapoor has been one of the most prolific and celebrated artists of the world, with works showing an infusion of the spiritual cores of Eastern and Western art and philosophy.

Kapoor will give his first museum exhibition in China at the Central Academy of Fine Arts' museum in Beijing, from Oct 25 to Jan 1. He will fill the museum's space with four monumental installations to provide the audience a glimpse of his creations over the past 35 years.

He will also bring a series of stainless steel and pigmented sculptures to another show at the Taimiao Art Museum of the Imperial Ancestral Temple, next to the Forbidden City in Beijing. The exhibition will run from Nov 10 to Dec 28.
