3. Playing the piano with all 10 fingers

As a Chinese leader, I must take all factors into consideration based on a correct understanding of China's conditions, maintain an overall balance, and concentrate on priorities to promote the overall situation. I alternate my attention between major and minor issues, and, to put it figuratively, it is like playing the piano with all 10 fingers.

在中國(guó)當(dāng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人，必須在把情況搞清楚的基礎(chǔ)上，統(tǒng)籌兼顧、綜合平衡，突出重點(diǎn)、帶動(dòng)全局，有的時(shí)候要抓大放小、以大兼小，有的時(shí)候又要以小帶大、小中見大，形象地說，就是要十個(gè)指頭彈鋼琴。
