Hong Kong judges criticized over handling of rioters

Symon Wong Yu-wing, former Eastern Court magistrate in Hong Kong, expressed his dissatisfaction with the judiciary and the Department of Justice for "inefficiency" and "lenient sentences" in dealing with rioters. Speaking on the sidelines of a peaceful rally against violence at Tamar Park on Sunday, Wong called on the judges to fulfill their duties and responsibilities.
