With the sharp rise in imported novel coronavirus cases, the city of Suifenhe on the Chinese-Russian border in Heilongjiang province has become the country's new front line in the battle against the epidemic. Medical workers from other parts of the country have been sent to the city and a makeshift hospital has been built. Since March 26, Suifenhe has reported nearly 400 imported cases.
