Editor's note:

Multiple Western leaders and officials, including Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison, have cast doubt on the theory that the COVID-19 virus originated in a lab. There is already wide scientific consensus that the virus was not manmade or genetically modified. The followings are what some of them have said about the claim of China lab virus leak.

"We have looked into this. We don't have any evidence...There isn't any evidence this is a man-made coronavirus...We haven't seen any evidence,"UK Health Secretary Matt Hancock said during a TV interview with Sky News.
