Hospital worker in Shanghai said to have suspicious COVID test

The Shanghai Cancer Center Affiliated with Fudan University announced on late Wednesday that an outsourced logistics worker at the hospital had a suspicious test result for the nucleic acid test during a regular test on the entire hospital staff.
Further clinical examination and a second-time nucleic acid test for COVID-19 have been carried out on the worker, the hospital said in a statement.
Meanwhile, tracing and screening of the individual’s close contacts and epidemiological investigation have already started, the hospital said.
It said follow-up conditions will be published to the society.
