China has made great achievements such as eliminating absolute poverty under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, said Donatien Niyonzima, a doctoral candidate at Communication University of China and former official in the Rwandan prime minister's office.
The CPC has overseen the country's rapid economic growth and its rise as a global power while fending off challenges abroad and at home, he added.
Niyonzima also said the proposition to build a community of shared future for mankind represents China's wisdom concerning global governance.
