Policies urged to safeguard SMEs innovation

Yuan Yuyu, a deputy to the National People's Congress, proposed to make more accurate and effective policies to boost innovation of tech-focused small and medium enterprises (SMEs) during this year's two sessions, recognizing the importance of high-tech sectors as key drivers of the economy.
As an entrepreneur, Yuan stressed the importance of government decision makers and industry policy makers listening to the industry's voices to foster a more open and dynamic business environment for those SMEs.
