Upgraded Fuxing smart bullet train to debut this weekend


These seats are located in the 17th carriage, featuring 24 seats equipped with shell-shaped electric seats that allow independent adjustment of backrest and leg angles. The seats are complemented with amenities such as foldable tables, power outlets, adjustable reading lights, and increased spacing between front and back rows. The seats can rotate 180 degrees, providing passengers with a more comfortable travel experience. Passengers holding tickets for these "preferred first-class seats" will enjoy standard first-class services and exclusive boarding areas for waiting at the station.
According to the 12306 ticket booking system, there are seven services from Beijing to Shanghai offering the "preferred first-class seats", with the ticket price ranging from 1,215 yuan ($168) to 1,422 yuan. While the business class ticket is 2,318 yuan and the first class ticket is about 1,035 yuan.
