Harold Raugh of ICMH: Sun Tzu's philosophy emphasizes rational thinking

During an interview with China Daily at the 10th International Symposium on Sun Tzu's Art of War, Harold Raugh, vice-president of the International Commission of Military History (ICMH), shared his insights into Sun Tzu's Art of War.
"I think that overarching Sun Tzu philosophy that I said is we need to rationalize things," Raugh said.
"If we think about the near-term and the long-term impact of what war does, we'd have a better world."
