Chikungunya, dengue cases reported in Wuchuan

One case each of Chikungunya fever and dengue fever was reported on Wednesday in Wuchuan, a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Zhanjiang in Guangdong province, according to a notice issued Friday by the local health bureau.
The infections were detected in individuals who had recently returned from other cities, the bureau said. Both patients are in mild condition, and no locally transmitted cases have been identified, it added.
