Village in Jilin harvests bumper crop of autumn apples

As the core area of the forestry and fruit industry in the district's Shanghewan township, Shuangding has expanded its fruit cultivation from an initial 10 hectares with a single variety to more than 10 types of apples across 400 hectares of land.
The village's annual total fruit production has reached 30,000 metric tons, and the annual output value exceeds 60 million yuan ($8.42 million).
