Colorful forest in Chongqing village creates tapestry of autumn color

Huguo village in Zhongxian county, Southwest China's Chongqing, has recently transformed into a vibrant, colorful spectacle as its vast forest enters its peak viewing period.
Spanning over 66 hectares along the mountains, the landscape unfolds as a breathtaking tapestry of color under the warm winter sun. From an aerial perspective, the layers of colorful leaves overlap and complement each other, drawing numerous visitors and photographers.
This forest is composed primarily of sweet gum and Chinese tallow trees, and will remain in its prime viewing period until March next year, local authorities said.
