'Shopping in China' boosts DJI drone sales

Benefiting from policies such as visa-free transit and departure tax refund, "Shopping in China" has become a new choice for many overseas tourists. Luo Yao, store manager of DJI in Beijing APM, said that the "tax refund upon purchase" and other tax refund policies have significantly boosted the store's sales.
"The orders from foreign customers can account for up to half of total orders during peak periods," Luo said. "On regular days, they contribute one-third of our store's revenue."
