Earthquake rattles Xigaze of Tibet

BEIJING -- An earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale struck Zhongba county of Xigaze in Tibet Autonomous Region, China's meteorology agency reported here Wednesday.

The earthquake rattled at 9:28 a.m. (Beijing time) Wednesday, China's National Seismological Monitoring Networks said.
