Average electricity price to rise 0.028 yuan in China: NDRC

The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), China’s top economic planning body, announced Thursday that the average price of the electricity will rise 0.028 yuan per kilowatt hour starting Friday.

Because the number is an average, the real price may vary in different places, China Daily reported.
