Plane crashes in NE China,96 on board

HARBIN - A passenger plane with 96 people on board crashed in Yichun, northeast China's Heilongjiang province Tuesday night, government and airline company sources said.
The plane belonged to Henan Airlines and had 96 people on board when it crashed, airline company said.
Officials in Yichun said the plane crashed at about 10:10 pm Tuesday.
Rescuers are rushing to the crash site, sources said.
