More than 10 films plus one TV series will be released in November to mark Singles Day on Nov 11, cnr.cn reported.

The Singles Day movie season has been a contested spot for movie producers. On Nov 8 alone, 10 movies will be released, including Love Speaks, Sweetheart Chocolate and Love You for Loving Me.

In addition, seven imported films, such as Hotel Transylvania, are being released in November.

Audiences have another choice if they don't like movies. The TV series, We Get Married, tells the love story of 30-year-old Yang Tao, played by Gao Yuanyuan, and 35-year-old Guo Ran, played by Huang Haibo, concerning hot social topics such as fear of marriage, leftover women and matchmaking.
