More than 470 items unearthed from the tomb of China's first female general are on display in Central China's Hunan province.

The exhibition, covering 1,600 square meters, displays 474 items including bronze items, jade and oracle bones in Changsha Museum.

The exhibition is free to the public and will last until March 2018.

The tomb of China's first female general, Fuhao, also wife of one emperor of Shang Dynasty (1,600 BC to 1,046 BC), was discovered in 1976 in Anyang, Central China's Henan province.

More than 1,900 items were excavated from the tomb, which was the only intact royal tomb of Shang Dynasty.
