Prison wardens in Beijing are being required to pass tests of technical skills and stamina before receiving a post, according to the Beijing Prison Administration.

All prison wardens are required to master at least one form of shadow boxing which can capture the prisoners immediately.

Meanwhile, prison wardens must pass a running test for stamina and exercise on parallel bars, the newspaper said.
