CPC Central Committee's circular on studying 'Three Represents'

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China urges party members to
implement the important thought of Three Represents and push the understanding
of the theory to a new high in a circular issued on Tuesday.
The circular urges all the party members to set off a new mass fervor to
study and implement the important thought of Three Represents and push the
understanding of the important theory to a new high.
The circular also calls on all party members to make greater efforts in
implementing the important thought of Three Represents.
The Three Represents means that the Communist Party of China permanently
represents the development trend of China's advanced productive forces,
represents the orientation of China's advanced culture and represents the
fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people.
