1. The report from the employing unit to apply for extension of Employment Permit for Foreign Nationals, and the Application Form for Extension of Employment Permit for Foreign Nationals.

2. Company industry and commerce business license or other valid documentation proving employment unit qualifications, and duplicated copy.

3. Valid passport of the employed foreign national and a duplicated copy.

4. Labor contract signed with the employed foreign national (in Chinese and English languages) or supplementary agreement on extending the contract period (original copy)
