Magazines give strange 古怪的 names to trends, like hobo, military or nude 裸色. Nude normally means naked 赤裸的 - but that wouldn’t be fashion, would it?
In London people wanted colours, the brighter the better 越明亮越好. Or pastels 淡粉色. Or turquoise 藍(lán)綠色的.
One man's sensible advice 明智的建議 is to look clean-cut 輪廓鮮明的 and presentable 漂亮的，可見(jiàn)人的.
