Abstract: It is the basic requirement of the strategy of rural revitalization and an important guarantee for realizing modern governance of rural areas to focus social cause development and infrastructure construction on the countryside. As the consumption habits and patterns of rural residents gradually match those of urban residents, the pace of integrated development of urban and rural public services and infrastructure construction is also accelerating. We need to strengthen top-level design, carry out pilot projects, and establish and improve the public service system in rural areas With comprehensively improving the quality of life and civilization of rural residents as its core, we need to strengthen top-level design, carry out pilot projects, and establish and improve the public service system; we need to make scientific planning for rural communities and rationally allocate public service resources; we need to innovate the supply mechanism for public services, and explore market-based and socialized financing channels and service methods; we need to develop new forms of rural communities in line with local conditions and promote the integrated development of industry, pastoral, culture and public services; we need to straighten out systems and mechanisms of rural governance and improve administrative efficiency and service capacity of the government; and we need to improve management of and service for rural migrant population and enhance the coverage and quality of public service in rural areas.
