A grand ceremony celebrating sea goddess Mazu returning home after a blessing trip was staged on the Meizhou Island in Putian, East China's Fujian province on Feb 18.
The 17th Mawei-Matsu Lantern Festival opened in Fuzhou, capital city of Fujian province on Feb 15, five days ahead of Lantern Festival, which falls on Feb 19 this year and marks the curtain-closer for Spring Festival.
Taining Shangqing Youjiang Tofu is a special tofu of Shangqing township, Taining county with a history of more than 1,000 years. Different from normal tofu, it is made with natural ingredients and features a more tender texture. The production technique has been listed as a city-level intangible cultural heritage.
