Shanxi University Education Development Foundation will conduct friendly consultations with donors and sign a donations agreement. The agreement will define the methods of use and management of the donation, as well as the applicant requirements and evaluation methods of award-winning students.

Procedures for scholarship assessment

The Shanxi University Education Development Foundation will issue a scholarship applications announcement at the university, as well as establish a scholarship review team, to conduct awards evaluations and report the results to the donors.
