KAZAN, Russia -- Chinese President Xi Jinping said Tuesday that the BRICS cooperation mechanism is a pillar force in promoting equitable and orderly multipolarization of the world and a universally beneficial and inclusive economic globalization.
Xi made the remarks in his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The Chinese president arrived in Kazan earlier in the day for the 16th BRICS Summit.
